Almost a half hour non-stop talk about the Jets qb situation on NFL Network's Total Access. Totally Jets might be a better title. Lousy team with three very bad veterans and a questionable rookie. Compelling viewing. Time to watch the crippled Lakers face the inevitable!

So far, the Niners have been actively trading in every round. I have a feeling they might just take five more. Possibly six. One of 128 or 131 traded for a pick next year, and maybe some other dealings from the mix of the later ones. Stockpiling for the future is an ongoing process, and at this stage they may feel more secure going in that direction. This wasn't the greatest class of talent, and there will be many undrafted players remaining. The positions of need have been addressed pretty decently and the veteran roster is still very very good. I would have liked a more fluid pass catching tight end, and more depth on the D line would be nice, but at this stage we're looking at sleepers and projects. I'd give them a B+ so far. With so much leverage they possibly could have finessed a bit more out of the trades, but I know that they have their logic and objectives.
