Wow! I'm very pleased with our new Safety. Pleased with how little we paid to move up to get him.

And very excited to see if Ballke can wheel and deal his way toward an extra second round pick.. or two.

So many really good players left out there.

Keenan Allen, WR. I've talked enough about him.

Robert Woods, WR. Smaller than Allen, but he was a star at USC.

Zach Ertz, TE. Brent Jones' student, and one heck of a Tight End.

The Tight Ends from San Jose and San Diego St. are good too. And the kid from Cinn. is supposed to be one heck of a blocker.

And Jesse Williams is still on the board!!!!!

Chase Thomas, OLB, Stanford is one heck of a player.

Jonathan Banks, is supposed to be very good. (I'm bad at corners, so I'll leave it at that.)

David Amerson, ditto.

And of course, Tyrann Mathieu.

Oh, and a guy I've never talked about: Chris Harper, WR, K. St. This kid would be interesting in the 6th or 7th round. He's 6'1", 230 lbs. He started his career at Oregon as a QB but they didn't like the fact that he couldn't throw the ball. So they shifted him to WR and he was terrific. But he wanted to be a QB, so he transferred to K. St. where they too wanted a QB who could throw the ball, so they shifted him to WR as well. And both coaching staffs were right. Guy reminds me of a cross between Boldin and Delane Walker. Just the kind of guy Greg Roman would have fun designing plays for.
