Dave,

If we could get up high enough to grab Star Lotuleilei I think he'd make our draft. I never talk about him because I've always seen him as a top five pick, and I don't think we have the ammo to move up that high. But boy, that kid's the goods. Perfect fit for our line.

As to Ziggy Ansah... I just don't trust him. Not with a high pick, anyway. He's only been playing for a couple of years and in terms of technique... he's a couple of years away. And he's purely an End. I can't see him moving in to tackle. And Fangio likes to move his bigs around.

My main guy is still the Aussie from Alabama. Jesse Williams. NT/DE. He got a much better football education at 'bama than Ansah did at BYU. He's been playing the sport longer. And his strength, power and balance is preternatural. I focused on him partly because of the way he plays, and partly because I didn't see him becoming flavor of the month with the Media experts. He's foreign. He's not a sack-meister. And he hurt his knee in 'bama's final game of the season. Not enough to worry about, but enough to cost him at the underwear Olympics.

Another guy I really like is Datone Jones, the DE from UCLA. But not in the first round.

Guys rocketing up the charts that I'm not impressed with at all are Dion Jordan, the DE from Oregon. Production never came close to the hype.

And on the other side of the ball, Tavon Austin, the tiny WR from West Virginia.
