I've never done this before, so please hold your derision until AFTER rounds one through three tonight.  After that, I'm fair game.  Take your potshots.  I'll take it like a man.

Round One, Pick 31
I think Baalke packages up a couple of picks (this and #34) to move up to selection #14 (Carolina)  Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri should be available then.  If Star Lotuleilei (DT, Utah) or Ziggy Ansah (DE, BYU) are available, all the better.  One of them gets selected.  Summary: round one, get a solid D-lineman.

Round Two, Pick 61
Time for more packaging and moving up.  This pick, plus their first pick in the the 3rd round (#74 overall) should get Baalke to the #29 pick from New England.  Jamar Taylor, CB, Boise State should be available at that position.  If not, two other corners are close to Taylor in quality.  They are Jonathan Banks of Mississippi State and Desmond Trufant of Washington.  Summary: trade up for a late round one pick, take a cornerback.

Round Three, Pick #93
My favorite RB, Le'Veon Bell from Michigan State should be available there, although I've seen him going earlier.  There are more picks to package and move up, which I think they will do if they have to.  After reading Anthony's plaudits about Marcus Lattimore, I could see the Niners taking him, also.  With his injury, Lattimore could slide to late 3rd round.  Another potential at RB in the 3rd round is Stepfan Taylor from Stanford, who rates below Lattimore and above Bell.  Summary: package and deal picks to get an RB to eventually replace Frank Gore.
