GT, the Revis trade will have an impact, too. The assumption was that TB would take a corner, but now they can look to another area of need. That means the corners get pushed down a slot. The thing about trading up for a d-lineman is I have not really heard of a big falling off from DT/DEs projected to go mid-1st to late-2nd. So why move up for that? Same with safeties, and after Milliner, who is clearly the best corner, not a lot of drop-off between the next several. To me, the positions where there is likely a big difference is at wide receiver and running back. Eddy Lacy is generally seen as a notch above the other backs, and the different receivers have different skill sets, so it isn't like the third receiver available will be just as good as the second. So I can see a move-up for a guy such as Tavon Austin making sense. But the 2nd round is supposed to be so loaded, I really wouldn't mind trading back with our 1st about 5 spots and pick up another 3rd. This year's draft is supposed to be super deep in rounds 2-4. Right now we have 6 picks in those rounds, and 5 of them are tradeable. This draft is going to be very exiting if for no other reason than we should be moving a lot. (Now watch us make no trades except for picks next year.)
