I'd probably be upset about the schedule... but my basketball team is in the playoffs for only the second time in the last 19 years, and I'm sort of distracted.

Of course everything, in my head, relates back to the Niners, so of course I've been telling people in the neighborhood that the Warriors were taking a page out of Harbaugh's book by going to Denver a couple of days early to allow the team to get used to the altitude. Who knows if that's the real reason, but I'm going with it. Thank goodness Jackson had the brights to listen to Harbaugh, because that's gonna make all the difference.

No, I'm not yet quite sober.

Re our schedule... it's rough. But look at it this way. At the beginning of the season, from the end of Mooch's tenure to the beginning of Harbaugh's, the Niner's schedule could be found in aisle far-far away, right between the "whogivesadamns" and the econo sized canisters of "rats farts in a high winds". I like that the team is back where they belong. As a major selling point for the league.

"NAMELESS FACELESS OPPONENTS"

My hope for the team this season is that they learn how to score fast, an score early. This business of taking pride in coming from behind has got to go.

Oh an bummer about Larry Grant(LB). Failed a drug test for P.E.D.s and will be suspended for the first 4 games of the season if and when he signs with a team this season. He's an unrestricted free agent now, and it looks like that's why he hasn't had any offers.
