Re a trade up. To get to 3 I imagine would take more than I would want us to give. Now, considering how much firepower we do have with picks, if we could get it for our 1st, a 2nd, and a 3rd or 4th (but not both) I'd seriously consider it.

Now, as to whom that pick might be. Win, I wouldn't go with Fisher because Staley is playing at a high level, and we just signed Davis to a very lucrative long-term deal. So even if he provided an upgrade over Staley (who has been a Pro Bowler for a few years), I feel we have bigger needs. Of the players who would be available then, I would look to either Dee Miliner, Alabama (and this is not a homer move; he is an outstanding corner and head and shoulders above the other corners in this draft, and plays the kind of physical corner that H likes) or Shariff Floyd, Florida DT who fits that 3-4 DE mold we are looking for. Todd McShay has those guys dropping a bit, but I certainly wouldn't count on it; Kiper has both top 5. I would be tempted to go with Miliner, and again, not because of a homer move but because, if we were able to keep the 34th, there are probably better DT/DEs then than corners. In fact, I have seen Jesse Williams projected as a late-2nd pick. I would not go OL, though. If we did, I would rather take Chance Warmack to replace Boone, but Boone did a good job last year and will possibly get better, so not enough of a need. It's not like we still have Rachal over on that side.
