Dave,

Honey Badger has baggage and thus there is a risk associated with him. For you to respond with pragmatic restraint regarding this guy is not being old and crotchety but being prudent and wise using your well trained gut feel for what works. I'm confident Harbaugh and Baalke will weigh all the variables and not make a bad decision, but in some ways you could call this guy "Honey Baggage". He sure has tenacity and instinct and I love that about him. Everything else has to line up along with that, though, to form the complete package for what makes a good 49er.

Win,

Thank you for the kind words but you know you have such a long list of far more interesting Indie type films to watch that maybe you're best off not revisiting Silver Linings and to keep moving on to the new and innovative, thought provoking stuff. Silver Linings is, after all, a big corporate offering from Hollywood and perhaps not worth spending too much time on. Keep watching the interesting stuff you come across in your travels and report back on that. I think that'd be a helluva lot more interesting!

Regarding Davis and Staley, who are perhaps the best Tackle tandem in the league, I was sure glad to hear about re-signing Davis. Again, what a great draft pick he was. I love how this team is largely built from the draft, all the way from Quarterback, Offensive Line, Secondary and Linebacking corps, with the occasional veterern free agent thrown in for good measure.
