Hate to be the party pooper, but Asomugha has been a bit of an overrated player for years. He certainly isn't a big INT or forced fumble guy at all, so we're going to have to hope he can just defend the pass well. A total of 15 INTs in 10 seasons, and 8 of them came in one season, which means in his other 9 seasons he had just 7 INTs. And TWO forced fumbles in his CAREER. After 10 years, you should have more than that by accident. Even the contact-shy Deion Sanders has 10 forced fumbles in his career. I don't doubt for a minute that he's better than Culliver(who isn't??!!), but by no means does his signing mean we should we pass on an opportunity to draft a solid CB if one emerges.

Thankfully this was a low risk/reward type signing. Hopefully we can breathe life into him.
