One of the things I've learned over the past few years is to not get excited one way or the other over free agents.  We've seen numerous times top free agents go to another team for big money and then not produce.  We've also seen lower rated free agents go somewhere new and turn out to be excellent players.  Baalke and Harbaugh have earned a great deal of respect and trust over the last couple of years, and I'm tending to believe that they know what they're doing.

I also believe that a teams coaching and schemes make a big difference, not just what players are on a roster.
