I've been lurking around NFL mock draft sites like some seedy back-alley character from a Mike Hammer pulp novel.  I feel kinda dirty, actually.  But, I have some ideas.  So, now all I need is a shot of whiskey and some shut-eye.

The plethora of picks at the 49ers' disposal makes them Golden Gods of the Draft, not to mention free agency.  Darelle Revis, the shutdown corner from the Jets, is making noises that he wants to wear the helmet with the SF logo in 2013.  I think it can be done for a 2nd and 3rd round draft pick (maybe a 1st and 3rd).

With their first pick, I think the Niners will go after Jamar Taylor, CB, Boise State.  Taylor is 5-11 and 192 pounds, runs the 40 in 4.39 and is very physical in man coverage.

With one of the 2nd rounders, they can get Eric Reid, FS, LSU (6-1, 215).  He runs a 4.53 forty and had 91 tackles, 7 passes defensed and 2 interceptions in 2012.  Reid is aggressive and plays with a lot of intensity.

In the 3rd round, the 49ers can pick up T. J. McDonald, SS, USC.  T. J. is the son of former 49er great Tim McDonald.  His vitals are 6-3, 205, 4.59 forty.  I think he'd be a natural fit for the team.

In later rounds, the Niners might take a good look at William Gholston, DE, Michigan State (6-6, 281), who is projected as a 3-4 DE and is quite adept at rushing the passer.

Other possibilities are Brandon Williams, NT, MSSU in the 2nd round, and Matt Elam, SS, Florida in the 3rd round.
