Win, we wouldn't have to trade to #1 to get Milliner. Probably #3. I wouldn't do it, though, simply because of how many picks that are pretty high that we would have to give up. To get RGIII, Washington gave up a couple 1sts and a couple 2nds and more. Milliner is an excellent corner, and if we could have any player in the draft he would definitely be one of the top 3 or 4 for us, but I think it's the J.J. Stokes concept of how much you have to give up to get someone.

A couple more contract notes:
1. We should try to re-structure Justin's contract. This year he will count 7.5 million against the cap, and he is a free agent the year after. Re-structure him to a 3-year deal with the 7 million spread out in guaranteed money.
2. We have to be cognizant that we are going to have to come up with 3 huge contracts in the next 2-3 years: Kap, Crab, and Aldon. These are core superstars, and we would be much better served re-stucturing Crabtree now and saving money. We won't look to re-structure Aldon or Kap until after next year, but we know full well they are two players we must have and are therefore going to cost a lot.
3. The following players will be FAs after this year: Justin, Goodwin, Whitner, Tarrell Brown. One reason to draft Barrett Jones is you don't have to worry about re-signing Goodwin if you do.
