Kevin, I agree about Harvin and Gerhardt. Like you said, Harvin has got a ton of problems. I think we need to go into signing FA WRs with a simple approach: don't do anything big money until you extend Crabtree. If you sign, say, Dwayne Bowe to a monster deal, you will have to pay even more to keep Crabtree. So unless you want Crab to walk away, you don't go out and pay a bundle for a guy like Percy Harvin who, as you correctly pointed out, misses a lot of time. Crabtree is a stud and only getting better. We need to make him our receiver priority. Drafting someone to complement him is fine, but don't sign a big-name FA if you want him to stick around. Danny Amendola would be awesome. The right amount of money and big-time talent.
