This video and article explains that no if's, and's, or but's, Cary Williams should have been ejected for shoving the ref after the Kapernick interception.  He is expected to receive a hefty fine, and the NFL will admonish the referee for failing to comply with NFL protocol.  I noticed it during the game, and something no one is talking about is how Williams was punching the 49er player in the gut.  It is shown in this video, yet the accomanying article makes no mention of it, though one fan at the bottom of the page mentions it.  Williams should have been ejected for both actions.  Obviously the officials were not calling an even game, and thus were trying to give the Ravens a lot of leeway.  Makes me feel as if they wanted to ensure a Ravens win when you add all things up.
