Omigod. Third down from the 5. Got whistled dead. The play began and the whistle blew. The play as it was developing was a quarterback run off left tackle and there was clearly the opening for Kap to run with his speed and get in the end zone. But it got whistled dead. By a timeout from Harbaugh.

Next play was an audible by Kap to a fade to crab.

Then you are hearing John Harbaugh laying out the plan for the punt. He says, "just run around for as long as you can then run out of the end zone and take the safety". The players are going, "huh?", and he calmly reiterates.

The 49ers are a far, far more talented team and should have blown them away 48 to 34. John is one smart dude. He and Flacco, calm and smart, purposeful, were more than all the talent on the 49ers.

I would advise the 49ers coaches to spend a week all day and analyze the tape of this game and 1) learn what they did wrong and 2) learn how John Harbaugh manages a game in real time. Jim has to get a lot smarter in managing a game and he will. Colin will grow smarter exponentially and he's got tremendous character.

Actually I would recommend watching "NFL Turning Point on NBC". It's a great watch and did the opposite of what I thought it would. I felt better to watch this great documentary analysis.

Ravens are slime but John Harbaugh and Joe Flacco are class acts. The 49ers are supremely talented but a little wild and mis guided at times. Some growing up is necessary for Jim and Colin. They will grow before our very eyes.

Jim had ALL the horses but John clearly outsmarted him and NEVER got over excited.

But I'm betting on Jim to win a Lombardi.
