Losing in the Super Bowl is a B*tch, no two ways about it. Its gonna sting for years to come, unfortuneately. The only way to resolve it is to get back in that game and win it, like the Patriots, Steelers and Giants are always doing, and all of those teams win some and lose some. Like with the Packers from 1995 until just a few weeks ago, they owned us and it sat like a canker sore within our psyches for a decade and a half but we finally got the bastids and now its resolved. Same with that loss yesterday, the only way to resolve that burr under our skin is for this team to get back in that game asap and win the bloody thing. That Pats can do it, the Steelers, the Giants and they all have great coaching staffs and the best Quarterback in the game. I heard Colin say last night after the game (and he looked bummed big time) that "its tough but its competitive and we'll be back". That's the only way to think now is to get back in the big show. The sting won't dig into the old rib cage as much in a few weeks, the memory will always nag at us, but this crappy feeling will abate and be replaced by hope and optimism once again somewhere around the draft and free agency time period. Winning is great for a few days, maybe a week, and you crow about for years. But losing never leaves you. Losing is BULLSH*T!
