MoBay-  I agree.  They should have tried to run the ball down there.  They would have likely gotten in, and it would have taken time off the clock which would have limited the time the Ravens would have had to drive for a game winning field goal.

LaMichael James shouldn't have fumbled the ball deep in Ravens territory, which would have likely resulted in more 49er points if he hadn't.

Kaep shouldn't have thrown an interception that ultimately resulted in more Ravens points.

Special Teams shouldn't have allowed a kickoff return for a touchdown.

The defense played poorly in the first half, and allowed 21 points.

Unfortunately all of those things happened.  You win as a team.  You lose as a team, and all three phases made mistakes that cost the team a victory.  The team lost by only 4 points, and if just one of those things didn't happen, then the 49ers are hoisting another Lombardi.  All water under the bride now.

And contrary to what Arnold and Jack believe, this team is set up for a very long run of excellence, and there's plenty to be hopeful about for our 49ers.
