Why not a natural hat trick of blowouts?

The last two Superbowl wins were the most fun ever. Early decisive knockout and coast the rest of the way.

But I think turnovers and maybe some really surprise coaching twist will be the only way this gets lopsided.

And would one brother intentionally run up the score if the situation arises?

So I would love an easy game but exppect it to still be within seven points in the fourth quarter.

I don't have that gut feeling that Kap will be heroic, but I think he'll show grit and determination. The last two playoff games were so extreme in different ways. I think this will be a more conventuals slugfest.

And watch out for the refs. Who would dare be tough on Lewis in his last game? In marginal situations he'll get away with fouls.

At least it isn't the Bengals. They provided the scariest Superbowl opposition.

I'll be glad when it's all in the books and a new set of names and images can be given their place in history.

If you look over the other Superbowls, there's a lot of the same personnel on different combinations of those five. 81 and 94 have a few more one timers but the 84, 88, 89 teams have plenty of multiple winners. This group are certainly representative of another era. The other five were in a fourteen year span that didn't have a lot of major shifts in the game or even the pop culture, really. The world of ninety four sure has changed a lot in the intervening years. At least it isn't the Maple Leafs syndrome when 1967 is still the last taste of glory.
