So there you have it. Jim Harbaugh, the new Walsh, the Quarterback developing guru, who found his ideal “it” guy. Harbaugh can make any quarterback look good and yet he found the most insanely athletic guy the league has seen in many decades. The guy who has that famous “Quarterback DNA”. Kaepernick is so good the league is changing how it thinks about quarterbacks completely from scratch.

It’s like when Phil Jackson comes across Michael Jordan, or Kobe Bryant and Shaquile O’Neal. Phil can make bad teams good, and good teams great. Harbaugh can do the same thing with Quarterbacks.

I’m reflecting on all this now, as its happening, as I’m now just starting to grasp the significance of what is going on. I am not Jinxing the upcoming game. This new story is interesting. It reflects on past history, the present and the future, the stuff of dreams, what most fascinates me about any aspect of the world and the universe. Everybody is fascinated with this and are asking “what does it all mean?”.

No Jinx, though right? Got the Jinx thing, lived it since the mid 60’s. I’m just trying to get this now and it is of great interest to me.

Canuck,

Right. You can’t compare this team with the ’94 team. This team hasn’t accomplished anything yet. Besides, I love Justin and Willis but the ’94 team had Stubby, Bryant Young, Tim MacDonald, Gary Plummer, Ricky Jackson, Lee Woodall, Ken Norton, Deion Sanders, Eric Davis and on and on. And maybe even the best offense in NFL history. I love this current team but there’s too much history and not enough future yet.
