What makes Seattle tough is Lynch. Russell Wilson is terrific and is only going to get better, but they do not have elite receivers, and if you were able to take Lynch out of it, they are not really able to do nearly as much. Of course, that is true for a lot of teams, and it is not easy to do. I find it interesting how well Carroll uses Michael Robinson. Never really as a running back but occasionally as a receiver, and he has become a very good blocker. He was always good on STs, so that physicality has translated very well to lead blocking.
